Adrenaline Monkey is an adventure and performance training facility thoughtfully designed for individuals and groups of any size, age, or ability. With a variety of active challenges, we know our guests (aka Warriors) will embrace adventure and be entertained with purpose for hours at a time. At Adrenaline Monkey, guests can experience :
- Ninja Warrior Obstacle Courses (including elevated courses!)
- Boulder Walls
- Aerial Courses
- Vertical Adventures
Location : Inside Lifezone360 Facility (999 W. Main Street, West Dundee, IL 60118)
An Adventure Troop Member is responsible for a varying number of activities throughout their shift, providing participants with a high-quality experience. Daily activities include, but are not limited to :
Check-in members and customers for daily activitiesEnsure correct equipment is available for the adventure course, and proper set up of all play areasEnsure events start on time and are paced accuratelyProvide supervision on adventure elements as neededKeep supervisor informed of issues and updatesAssist in program coordinationBe knowledgeable about prices, programming, and eventsResolve all guest concerns and complaints and / or direct to the appropriate ManagerRespond to all incidents, accidents, injuries, and altercations. Complete and file corresponding paperwork as necessaryKnow and enforce the facility's policies, procedures, and rulesOpportunities to provide adventure instruction and coach youth (based on experience)Complete special projects, daily assignments, and other duties as directed by managementSupervision Received : An Adventure Troop Member reports directly to the Supervisor / Manager on Duty.
Experience, Education, & Other Skills :
Have the ability to work with a wide variety of ages from pre-school through adultHave sports experience or an interest to learnFlexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours) and regular attendance are necessaryExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritizeAbility to remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situationsMust be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders, and fellow Team MembersMust take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and facilityCommitment to the safety and well-being of othersWorking Conditions and Physical Demands :
Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist highWill be required to stand for extended periods of timeAble to enter information on computersThe facility has intermittent noise
