Were building the AI Finance Analyst for healthcare operators designed to help leaders at medical groups and health systems run their business with the same clarity and agility they expect in clinical operations. Our product acts like an embedded analyst, surfacing insights across service lines, contracts, and staffingwithout needing deep technical or financial expertise.

In less than a year, weve raised $7M from NEA, FPV, and Virtue. Were now preparing to scale with the next wave of enterprise healthcare customersand were growing the team to do it.

About the Role

At Translucent, this person will own our entire web platform and will be responsible for buildinguser experience for complex enterprise agentic workflows with consumer simplicity. Our users are operators not finance analysts so they demand simplicity and ease of use. You will join a lean engineering team and own the architecture, decisions around tech stack, and help with roadmap along with executing. You will be responsible for owning large critical features end-to-end : from design through implementation, testing and deployment.

Your technical expertise, problem solving skills, curiosity and willingness to do rapid experiments will contribute to the success of the company and lay the foundations of an AI first engineering organization.

Responsibilities

  • Build novel interfaces and solve hard problems. Agentic interfaces are in their infancy and there are no existing templates and patterns
  • Own the technical vision for front-end applications by making the right tech stack decisions, laying the foundations for a great front end platform
  • Collaborate closely with product, and the rest of engineering to design around agentic workflows, user interactions, etc.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years software development experience at a venture-backed startup or top technology firm.
  • Proficiency in modern front-end stack like React, Typescript, and other popular front end frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms for application deployments like AWS, GCP or Vercel.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and awareness of best practices in frontend architecture and development.
  • Ability to flex into full stack work to unblock frontend work when needed to build UI features fast.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills to work effectively in a fast faced collaborative environment.
  • Provide mentorship and help grow the engineering team, and foster a culture with a continuous learning mindset.
