Picture your day starting at 5 : 00 a.m. You join a quick huddle, review shop prints, set out your wrenches and sockets, and begin assembling high-quality ball valves. Working a steady four 10-hour schedule from Monday through Thursday (5 : 00 a.m.–3 : 30 p.m.), you build consistent products using repeatable processes. When demand spikes, Friday becomes an overtime opportunity.

What you’ll do

• Assemble ball valve components in a production environment with a focus on repeatable quality and speed.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, shop drawings, and written work instructions.
• Use hand and small power tools (wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers) confidently and safely.
• Follow verbal direction, standard work, and safety procedures.
