Bishop & Company is seeking a Medical Case Review Assistant / Administrative Assistant to work in Medical Management supporting medical cases.  Ideal candidates will have strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task. This person will help with administrative tasks for medical cases, so knowledge of medical terminology is helpful, but not required. Candidate must be able to meet strict deadlines and have good written and oral communication skills. Prior medical / clinical experience is preferred.

Primary duties :

• Help build cases, request for medical records, task cases from a busy work queue daily to the appropriate nurse reviewer.
• Manage incoming medical records.
• Check the daily census to ensure that cases are being reviewed appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
