Job descriptionA minimum of eight years of extensive experience in system administration, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing teams. Strong command of Windows and Linux desktop / server environments, including proficiency in clustered computing solutions. Proficiency in end-user computing, data analysis, process automation, and generating comprehensive reports. Ability to define objectives and performance indicators, inspire team members, and establish effective collaboration channels with other engineering and operations departments. Ability to provide personalized and exceptional customer service.
Our client (a world leading hedge fund) seeks a Systems Administrator Manager to join their HF Algo Trading Strat and Technology Team.
Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of Systems Administrators responsible for providing comprehensive support and supervision for a wide array of enterprise systems in the dynamic hedge fund environment. These systems include both Windows and Linux platforms, as well as critical data and communications platforms.
- Offer valuable guidance and training to foster the professional growth and expertise of the team members.
- Engage in close collaboration with fellow Systems Administrator Managers across the globe, leveraging business feedback to drive process improvements and establish best practices.
