Overview

Virginia / West Virginia / North Carolina Saddle Expert / Sales Representative (CWD)

Outside sales representative covering the territory of Virginia / West Virginia / North Carolina.

Responsibilities

  • Become the most talented saddle expert within your territory
  • Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
  • Represent CWD at horse shows
  • Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service
  • Be a brand ambassador of CWD

What We Are Looking For

  • Prior successful field sales experience is a plus, additional sales training will be provided
  • A passionate rider with knowledge of the English riding industry and horse shows
  • Someone ready to hit the road and travel, with a clean driving record
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to help clients achieve their riding goals
  • Strong organizational skills; reliable, independent, and dynamic go-getter

    Potential salary including base + commissions :

  • Year 1 : Potential of $55K (base + unlimited commission)
  • Year 2 : Potential of $65K-$85k (base + unlimited commission)
  • Year 3 : Potential of $75K-$125k (base + unlimited commission)
