Job descriptionPerform clinical duties including specimen collection (phlebotomy, swabs, urine, etc.), processing, and documentation. Conduct point-of-care testing and assist with immunizations as needed. Ensure proper labeling, logging, and tracking of lab results in the EMR. Monitor lab inventory and coordinate supply orders. Adhere to OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA regulations. Conduct staff training, mentorship, and daily workflow oversight. Assist providers with patient care and procedures as assigned. Collaborate with front desk, nursing, and clinical teams to maintain patient flow. Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA / RMA) preferred. 2+ years of clinical / lab experience in a healthcare setting required. Prior leadership, supervisory, or lead role experience strongly preferred Knowledge of OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA standards. Strong organizational and communication skills.
