A Detroit Lakes company is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead and manage roofing crews on commercial job sites. This hands-on position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety standards are followed, and delivering high-quality workmanship on schedule. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, and a deep knowledge of commercial roofing systems.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate activities of roofing crew on-site
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Interpret construction plans and specifications
• Inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with standards
• Maintain accurate job records and daily reports
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies
