Electrical Engineer Power Systems - Senior Level

Moffatt & Nichol specializes in large complex waterfront infrastructure projects and is recognized as one of the worldwide leaders in this field. We are actively looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Jacksonville, FL office. As part of the Electrical Team, this position will manage multiple plans, designs and plan production for general electrical engineering on a wide variety of projects which may include power distribution, lighting, and grounding plans, one-line diagrams, panel and cable schedules, and different project specifications. The Senior Electrical Engineer will help lead projects in the Port, DOD, Waterfront, and Transportation sectors. This position will also guide the office to developing greater client relationships in local market.

Duties and responsibilities :

• Completes multiple or complex electrical designs to support firm-wide projects by working with Project Managers (any discipline) and electrical teammates
• Develops strategic market plan to grow local electrical engineering design client base Leads projects involving multiple or complex design calculations, design drawings, and project specifications for the following but not limited to :

Medium / low voltage power distribution systems
