Experience : At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preferred Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.

Center Medical Director – Primary Care Outpatient
COMPENSATION : $280,000-$300,000, OTE $350,000+

Transportation is provided to patients that need it at no charge.
Role :
- Salary : Base $280,000-$300,000
- Hours : Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7 : 30a – 5 : 00p (last patient is scheduled at 4 : 15)
- Work / Life Balance
- Small Patient Panel – 60-90 patients’ max
- Manage PCP’s and NP’s
- Patient Population : Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
