A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician (Night Shift) to provide operational support services to the Department of Homeland Security.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote computer support and fulfill IT incidents and requests
Create and maintain support tickets, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of issues
Respond to user inquiries and escalate complex issues to higher support tiers as necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Must possess or be able to complete a Department of Homeland Security Public Trust Investigation (Tier 1)
Experience in providing customer service in an IT support environment
Familiarity with ITIL and standard operating procedures
Ability to work night shifts in a fully remote capacity
