In this role, you'll collaborate with industry leaders, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget product launches. Your engineering, operations, and manufacturing expertise will help shape the next generation of technology.

What You'll Do

• Be the Customer Advocate Build strong, trusted relationships with aerospace and robotics customers, ensuring exceptional service and long-term loyalty.
• Lead with Collaboration Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Fulfillment to scope, plan, and execute complex customer programs.
• Mitigate Risks Identify and address risks during design and production phases to keep projects on track.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert Provide critical guidance on aerospace and robotics requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
• Drive Continuous Improvement Optimize production timelines, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Communicate with Clarity Lead status meetings and keep all stakeholders aligned on project goals.
• Innovate Fearlessly Champion new manufacturing technologies and techniques to speed development and improve delivery.

Salary Range : $110,000 to $150,000 per year, depending upon experience
