Business Analyst, Senior

Your Role

The Installation and Billing team is responsible for the enrolling and billing individual and group plans. The senior business analyst will report to the operations senior manager. In this role you will provide reporting and analytic support to our largest group account. This role is essential to maintaining compliance, resolving member-impacting issues, and enabling seamless coordination across systems and stakeholders.

Your Knowledge and Experience

Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience
