As a member of the Optum Health Marketing Production Management team, the Senior Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for managing and executing B2B and B2C communications strategies and tactics. This position will have direct involvement with internal operations teams and will drive the execution of campaigns and assets. Cross - team collaboration and synergy identification is a key component of this role.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to execute complex, multi - component projects, against multiple metrics and excel in a fast paced, results oriented work environment. You must be highly motived, roll up your sleeves and be a self - starter with a passion for communicating. You should thrive on seeking new insights, finding creative solutions and measuring results.

This position is full time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm CST.

We offer 2 - 4 weeks of paid on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 - $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
