State of the art hospital equipment along with modern up to date facility.\nFull-Time : 60-72 hours per pay period\nShift : Day / Evening shifts, 8-hour shifts, every other weekend\nSalary : $38.22 - $61.89 per hour.\nOverview : \nRegistered Nurse in our Medical / Surgical General Care units, where you will coordinate nursing care, provide direct patient care, and support patient education. You'll be part of a dynamic team, delivering care across all stages of the patient's journey, from assessment to transition. The role involves leadership, mentoring, and quality improvement efforts, with opportunities for career advancement.\nResponsibilities : \n
• Provide direct patient care, assess needs, and educate patients / families.\n
• Perform routine and emergency procedures, including IV placements, blood transfusions, and catheter care.\n
• Lead in preceptor roles and participate in team projects.\n
• Flexible schedule, with the possibility of on-call and weekend shifts.\n
• Recruitment incentives for new hires.\nNewly graduated nurses with less than 12 months of experience will automatically be enrolled in Clinic's Nurse Residency Program and receive extensive orientation.\nQualifications : \n
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.\n

• Required : Current RN license, Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).\n
