ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2020 and has grown to a strong team of seven. My journey with State Farm began as a team member, giving me a firsthand understanding of what it takes to build a successful, supportive, and high-performing team.

Im originally from Venezuela and have been a big sports person my entire life especially baseball, which taught me the value of teamwork, discipline, and grit. That same team mentality is something I bring into the office every day.

We stay active in the community through education and cultural events, building real connections with the people we serve. Our team also enjoys great perks: an annual office trip, monthly coffee or lunch outings, quarterly team events, a 401(k), and health benefits.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Andrew Pizzi Olivera - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
