The Public Health Nurse (PHN), as an integral member of the Public Health Services team :
Inherent in the role are knowledge, skills and abilities specific to health promotion, epidemiology, community development, primary health care, social determinants of health and illness, and disease and injury prevention
This is a relief part-time (0.59 FTE) opportunity until September 25, 2024, or the return of the incumbent.
Days of work are Wednesday to Friday’s during the hours of 08 : 18 to 16 : 30.
