A company is looking for a Program Analyst to support the delivery of energy efficiency programs through data management and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the energy efficiency savings and incentive budget forecasting tool
Analyze complex program data and provide actionable insights to support program and client needs
Produce accurate reports and build analytical and data management tools
Required Qualifications
4-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or program support
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to explain results
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
Experience managing forecasting tools
Bachelor's degree preferred
