The role as part of Lumen's Finance Modernization and Simplification (M&S) initiative will lead the end-to-end transition of key finance functions from the U.S. to our shared services hub in India. This highly visible role will work closely with Finance leadership, Global Process Owners (GPOs), and the AI Finance Pod to document processes, enable automation, and ensure a seamless transition. The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in embedding digital and AI capabilities into future-state processes. The ideal candidate will lead with a growth mindset, embracing ambiguity and championing innovation through AI, automation, and emerging technologies, while inspiring teams to adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving digital finance landscape.

This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for those based in the Denver, CO metro area. International travel will be required for this position (20-30% expected).

Location Based Pay Ranges $129,639 - $172,852 in these states : AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY

$136,121 - $181,494 in these states : CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$142,603 - $190,137 in these states : AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
