Job descriptionCoordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules to maintain project progress Serve as the primary site contact for project managers, owners, and inspectors Maintain a clean and safe job site in accordance with OSHA and internal policies Monitor project timelines and proactively address delays or issues Conduct regular quality control checks and site meetings Manage daily reports, look-ahead schedules, and field documentation Oversee punch list completion and project closeout 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction Strong background in light industrial projects, such as warehouses, cold storage, distribution centers, pharmaceuticals, or data centers Demonstrated ability to manage large, fast-paced job sites and multiple subcontractor crews Excellent understanding of construction drawings, specs, and building codes OSHA 30 certification preferred Proficient in construction management tools and reporting systems Willingness and ability to travel for project assignments as needed Competitive base salary depending on experience, up to $150,000 Annual performance-based bonus structure tied to individual and company results Company vehicle or monthly truck allowance Comprehensive health insurance package 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution 2-3 weeks paid time off based on experience Supportive leadership, clear communication, and long-term career development
