Avondale Health and Rehabilitation Center is a seeking a skilled and proactive to lead our maintenance team in Humboldt, TN. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of facility upkeep, safety, and compliance, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
This is a full time, day-shift position.

Job Requirements :
- Previous experience in facilities management or maintenance supervision preferably in long term care
- Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, and general repair work
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem solving skills, organizational skills, and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations

Job Responsibilities may include :
Manage and oversee all maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance and repairsSupervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff within departmentConduct routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and groundsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsPlan and execute capital improvement projects and renovations as neededMaintain maintenance records, inventory of supplies, and equipment logsCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers as neededRespond promptly to emergency maintenance situations within facilityCollaborate with facility leadership to develop and implement facility policies and procedures related to maintenance and safety of the facility______________________________________________________________________
