Required Qualifications :
The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually, based on full-time employment. Salary is defined as total cash compensation at target and may vary based on experience and metrics achieved. Compensation factors include local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and more. UnitedHealth Group complies with all applicable minimum wage laws. In addition to the salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits including a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contributions (subject to eligibility requirements).
