Responsibilities
Client Assistance : Provide exceptional support and service to commercial insurance clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
Policy Management : Assist clients with policy modifications, renewals, and claims processing to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Problem Resolution : Identify and resolve client issues, escalating more complex cases to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company's customer management system.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure comprehensive client support and enhance the overall client experience.
Continuous Improvement : Proactively suggest improvements to current processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Education : High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Experience : Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.
Licensing : Current PA property / casualty license a must.
Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Problem Solving : Ability to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Technical Skills : Proficient in using agency management software and other relevant customer service tools.
Adaptability : Capable of working in an office environment while maintaining productivity if working from home is necessary.
