The Advanced Practice Provider works to support the mission and vision of Neighborhood Healthcare by providing excellent patient-centered care and services within a dynamic team environment. This role will provide direct healthcare services to patients under the direction and responsibility of Physicians in three main categories : direct patient care, team support, and clinical administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

DIRECT PATIENT CARE

• Performs comprehensive physical examinations on patients, including review of patient medical data, such as health history
• Orders, administers, and interprets test results for diagnostic tests, such as x-ray, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests
• Performs therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound care, and managing infection
• Instructs and counsels patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens, normal growth and development, family planning, emotional problems of daily living, and health maintenance
• Impacts patient experiences by demonstrating courteous and helpful behavior and a commitment to accuracy
• Assesses and provides age-appropriate care to patients

Pay range : $147k to $199k per year, depending on experience. (DOE)

Compensation Disclosure : The posted salary range reflects the designated pay grade for this position. While this range represents the broader classification of the role, actual compensation will be based on several factors, including but not limited to : the candidate’s overall knowledge, skills, and experience, market data and industry benchmarks, internal equity within the organization, Budgetary considerations and organizational needs. As a result, placement within the range is not guaranteed, and the full pay grade range may not be utilized.
