Job Title : Industrial Painter

Job Description

The role involves painting in an industrial / manufacturing setting, specifically working with custom parts using liquid paint. While the primary focus is not on powder coating, there may be opportunities for crossover. The position requires teamwork and a willingness to assist in other areas as needed. The work is exclusively with aluminum.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial painting tasks using liquid paint on custom parts.
• Assist with paint preparation, including sanding and using spray guns.
• Operate within a paint booth, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Contribute to the team by helping out in other areas when necessary.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed, particularly when working with electrostatic paint.

Work Environment

The facility is large, clean, and well-lit, providing a pleasant working atmosphere. The paint area can become very hot due to the oven, but the overall environment maintains a good flow and structure.

This is a Permanent position based out of Winsted, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00 / hr.
