Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Social Worker Supervisor to join our growing team in Bellevue, WA. This is a unique opportunity for a licensed clinician who values collaboration, innovation, and holistic care and who is inspired to support the next generation of social workers and therapists.

In this role, you will provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and leadership to a team of associate-level social workers and therapists while also maintaining a client caseload. Your direct clinical work will be thoughtfully balanced with your supervisory responsibilities, allowing you to both support clinician growth and continue making a direct impact through client care. You will help shape our integrative, trauma-informed approach to care, ensuring that all services align with best practices, ethical standards, and ECCs mission of whole-person healing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group supervision to associate-level clinicians in compliance with Washington State licensure requirements
  • Offer mentorship, case consultation, and clinical guidance to support clinician growth and development
  • Review documentation for quality and compliance, and support clinicians in refining case conceptualization and treatment planning
  • Foster a collaborative and trauma-informed environment rooted in integrative and whole-person care principles
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
  • Support organizational growth by collaborating on training initiatives, staff development, and quality improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of supervision sessions in accordance with state and agency guidelines

Ideal Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington
  • 3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Approved Washington State Supervisor or eligible to become one
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-informed treatment planning
  • Passion for integrative, trauma-informed, and holistic approaches to mental health
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to collaborative, team-based care and ongoing professional development
