Your Role as a Whistle Express Team Member

As a Car Wash Attendant / Customer Experience Representative, you'll be a vital part of our team, ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. Here's what your role includes :

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement : Welcome customers, assist with questions, promote unlimited wash memberships, and guide new customers through our range of wash options and services.
• Operations & Safety : Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel, prep vehicles, and monitor equipment to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Attention to Detail : Conduct vacuum checks and maintain our "Sparkle Assurance" standards, making sure every wash exceeds expectations.
