- Unit Information : (Respiratory Therapy / 754) Location : Sky Ridge MC Address : Floor : Building : General Information Tell us about the unit(s) : Number of Beds -240 bed facility Number of Staff 15 RT staff Type of staff : Day Shift Minimum staffing of 3 Night Shift Minimum staffing of 3 Patient Ratios 30-40 points average per shift Type of equipment PB 840 ventilators in ICU EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. ACLS / BLS Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. NRP / PALS List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Administer treatments, Ventilator set up, assist intubation, ABG, Patient / Staff education, ALL RT therapies ED,PEDS,ICU,NICU,MED SURG Best personality Fit : Team player, Collaborative Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
