We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

We are seeking a motivated professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the restoration or insurance industries. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and referral sources to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

️ Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients and referral partners (insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, etc.)

️ Promote Clean Way Restorations' services while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity

️ Develop and execute outreach strategies to expand the client base and increase market share

️ Attend industry events, networking functions, and community activities to build visibility and relationships

️ Track leads, sales activities, and performance results

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management

Experience in the restoration or insurance industry strongly preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and close deals

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
