Job Description
Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 1613 S 9th St location in St Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving store performance.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer service
- Train and develop team members to maintain high standards of product quality and service
- Manage customer relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve performance goals and improve store metrics
- Handle cash management and basic accounting tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in food service or retail management preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceStrong leadership skills and desire to develop team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsBasic computer proficiencyCustomer service orientation with a focus on satisfactionAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPositive attitude and enthusiasm for the Domino's brandAdditional Information
