Compliance Program Support Analyst

The Compliance Program Support Analyst provides critical support to the Compliance Program Structure & Regulatory Support function of the Ethics & Compliance department through research, data analysis, process administration, and collaborative participation in projects and initiatives.
The Analyst maintains foundational compliance systems, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting functionality. Assists with risk assessment, work plans, and reporting by gathering data, preparing dashboards, and drafting analyses for leadership review. Monitors regulatory updates, supports due diligence reviews, and helps coordinate education and training delivery and participation tracking, all while contributing to a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for :
Applicants should have a High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or 5 or more years of healthcare experience with a minimum of two (2) years of related or transferable Compliance / Risk experience required. Prior experience in a healthcare preferred.
This position can expect overnight travel up to 25%.
