Monarch Investment is looking for an Experienced Maintenance Tech to split their time between two great communities : Ponderosa and Eastgate Apartments.

Position Details :

Role : Maintenance Technician

Schedule : Monday Friday | 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

On-Call : 1 week every 3 weeks

Pay : $18 $22 / hr (DOE) + On-Call + Quarterly Bonus

• Ponderosa 5900 E Mainsgate Rd, Wichita, KS
• Eastgate 632 S Eastern St, Wichita, KS

What You'll Be Doing :

Handle daily work orders based on priority Make-Readies & Unit Turns Interior / Exterior Painting & Staining HVAC & Ventilation Tasks Grounds Maintenance Preventative Maintenance Keep work areas neat and organized Participate in 24 / 7 emergency on-call rotation

What You'll Need :

1+ years of general maintenance experience HVAC Certification (Preferred) EPA License (Preferred) CPO Certification (Preferred) Skilled in :

A hands-on skill test will be required during the interview.
