This resource will report to Solution Engineering Manager and lead a technical team focused on software development, vendor software product configuration, customization, technical issue resolution, and delivery of the final solution.

• Provides technical direction for the requirement capturing, application design, development, testing, configuration, customization, systems integration from definition phase of the project through implementation phase.
• Reviews proposals for technology systems and provides direction including build / buy.
• Recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
• Creates detailed work breakdown structure (WBS) / User Stories for the technical team’s activities.
• Responsible for Build, Test & Deploy Products / Solutions to meet Business objectives / requirements.
• Ensures the timely completion of technical of project deliverables.
• Communicates effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
• Manages multiple tech teams simultaneously.
• Ability to influence and build relationships and demonstrate team leadership in all interactions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
