Job description

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing machine shop in Raleigh who is looking for a Press Brake Operator to join their team. 1 st and 2 nd shifts available. This is a contract-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities :

  • Operate and run CNC Press Brake equipment according to specifications and drawings.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
  • Ensure quality control and accuracy in all production processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and efficiency.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements :

  • 4 plus years experience operating CNC Press Brake equipment.
  • Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Previous background fabricating custom parts and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
