The Role
We’re looking for a part-time (0.60 FTE / 24 hours per week) Executive Assistant and Campaign Coordinator to support OSA’s Executive Director and Advancement team during our capital campaign. This role combines administrative excellence with relationship management, helping drive the success of initiatives that directly impact students and families. If you thrive on building connections, managing projects, and keeping multiple priorities on track, you’ll be a great fit for this role.

Compensation & Benefits
The hourly rate is $34 to $40.63, depending on experience. Benefits for eligible employees include medical, dental, and vision coverage, commuter benefits, employee assistance program, and retirement plans with robust matching. This is a 12-month (July 2025 through June 2026), part-time, non-exempt role.
