Education : Essential : Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program. Graduate of Medical School in lieu of RN / clinical license.

Experience : Essential : Two years clinical experience, if Allied Health clinically licensed or a Medical School Graduate.

Credentials : Essential : Registered Nurse Clinical License If Doctorate in Medicine, no license required
