A company is looking for a Client Relations Manager to lead the Client Relations Department and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and manage the Client Relations staff while overseeing client accounts
Coordinate training for new staff and ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures
Serve as a point of contact for escalated client issues and track trends to escalate concerns to management
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
8+ years of client relations or customer service experience in the mortgage servicing or banking industry
5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and related agencies (GNMA, FNMA, FHLMC)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and systems
