This post also requires driving responsibilities, as you move throughout the assigned areas to maintain a visible presence and provide exceptional customer service. Pay Rate : $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day

Wed 05 : 45 AM - 06 : 00 PM

Thur 05 : 45 AM - 06 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the assigned government location and its perimeter, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential incidents.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report suspicious activities.
  • Work collaboratively with site personnel and local authorities as required to address incidents and / or escalate situations.
  • Document observations, incidents, and activities in a timely and accurate manner as required by site policies.
  • Participate in training and maintain all required certifications for armed patrol duties.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have a valid Armed Guard Card or License.
  • Must have at least 6 months of experience in armed security-related, law enforcement, and / or military roles.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
