ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Join the Fernland State Farm team were growing and looking for a passionate Account Associate! Help customers with auto, home, condo, renters, life, and disability insurance while building meaningful connections.
Dont worry if youre not licensed yet a 4-40 license or CSR designation is needed to start (usually completed in 7-10 days), and we support your growth with paid training and ongoing development. Holding additional licenses is a bonus!

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Meet or exceed Insurance Sales and Customer Service expectations.Deliver world-class customer service and maintain agency integrity.Participate in hands-on Fernland State Farm Agency training.Capture opportunity data and execute our follow up process.Engage in meaningful conversations to deepen relationships with customers and prospects.Engage in needs-based and discovery conversations.Schedule appointments for others and yourself.Obtain multi-line commitments from existing policyholders.Generate 5-star customer reviews and 5 Referrals weeklyMake 85+ outbound marketing calls daily.Provide 5-8+ households with Auto, Fire, and Financial Service quotes daily.Optional networking and community events may be offered.Make State Farm premium fund deposits and uphold agency security measures.Follow the Agency Handbook.QUALIFICATIONS :
Typing speed of 65+ words per minute.Ability to multitask across multiple computer monitors and tabs.Comfortable with face-to-face customer interactions.Someone who considers themselves competitive and enjoys competing with oneself and amongst a team.Someone who wants to grow in salesmanship, customer service, and within a growing company.Someone seeking a success-conscious environment.Someone who adds value to a team by pushing oneself toward goals and possesses a positive mental attitude.Must pass a criminal background check, with no felony related to the insurance and financial services industry in the last 10 years.All license appointments with prior employers MUST be confirmed terminated before starting.
