Responsibilities
Oversight for adoption and sustained integration of the nursing care delivery model and interdisciplinary model of care.
Oversight of the development, implementation, and sustained integration of a shared governance model.
Oversees data & NDQI reporting, data analysis & interpretation, and dissemination.
Ensures that nursing practice is evidence-based.
Minimum Qualifications
Unencumbered NYS Registered Nurse License
MSN Required
Management experience : 3-5 years
Shared Governance experience
Experience with Magnet or Pathway to Excellence
Professional certification in a related specialty or willingness to obtain within 3 years of hire.
