Order Fulfillment Specialist

A growing company is seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage customer orders and ensure smooth delivery processes. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with customers, manage payments, and coordinate logistics to guarantee timely and accurate fulfillment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Communicating with customers regarding orders, payments, and delivery updates
• Coordinating with shipping and logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring accurate order processing
• Maintaining organized records and backend systems for all orders
• Identifying and resolving order or fulfillment issues quickly

Ideal Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proficiency in order management or CRM software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in order fulfillment or logistics preferred

Salary: $40k - $50k/Year
