Our primary services include intrusion detection, fire / life safety, access control, video surveillance, and U.L. Listed monitoring services.
Responsibilities :
- Provide quality customer service to current residential and commercial clients
- Dispatch and schedule field service technicians for installations, inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs
- Research and provide resolutions / solutions to customer inquiries and issues
- Update account information
- Take and close basic sales requests
- Verify sales and service paperwork
- General data entry and administrative paperwork
- Troubleshoot system errors / issues
