Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Partner Success Manager to drive value for enterprise partners through data insights and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with partners by participating in calls and acting as a primary contact to address their needs

Analyze industry trends and provide insights to guide partner strategies and strengthen relationships

Generate actionable reports and performance insights to enhance partner performance and product utilization

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably with enterprise-level partners

Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights, with proficiency in Excel and foundational SQL skills

A results-driven mindset focused on enhancing client satisfaction and business outcomes

Experience in dynamic environments and a creative approach to problem-solving

Self-motivated and curious, with a passion for leveraging data to improve partner relationships
