Global Talent Development Senior Manager
The Global Talent Development Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting and executing the refreshed Dentons' Global Talent Strategy.
This role plays a pivotal part in shaping, creating and executing high-impact learning and development strategies that directly support Dentons' global talent agenda across the law firms. It is responsible for driving firm-wide capability building by partnering with senior leaders, designing innovative and future-focused learning and development programmes, and leading strategic talent initiatives that align with the firm's evolving business priorities and growth ambitions.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement high impact, best in its class learning and development programmes ensuring scalability and regional relevance, strategically aligned.
- Engage with senior leaders across the regions to understand talent needs and influence strategic priorities.
- Independently manage end-to-end talent projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact across regions.
- Facilitate and deliver high-impact talent, innovative programs across the regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cultural nuances.
- Design and execute global talent initiatives, strategically aligned and tailored to the regions.
- Work closely with talent colleagues and key stakeholders across regions to drive alignment, share best practices, and embed a unified talent culture across the firm.
