About The Role

• This role is onsite at our Roanoke, Texas location
• Hourly Rate : $17 / hr + annual raise program
• Day Shift : 7 am - 4 pm on Monday - Friday
• PTO : This role offers paid vacation & sick days
• Benefits : Coverage for you as well as your family, company pays 75%

As a Shipping And Receiving Associate, you will support the fulfillment process by executing daily tasks in picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining inventory accuracy through effective receiving and cycle counts. You'll work collaboratively within a high-performing team, meeting established KPIs, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. With attention to quality standards and operational excellence, you'll contribute to on-time deliveries and accurate inventory systems while following established processes and procedures. This role will report directly to the Shipping And Receiving Supervisor.
