We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Project Director to lead the end-to-end execution of a landmark program within our Power Conversion & Storage business, specifically focusing on our Stability Solutions product line. Reporting directly to the Asia Pacific business leader, this is a pivotal role that will directly contribute to the global revenue of Power Conversion & Storage (PCS) and significantly expanding our presence in a strategic market.

In this role, you will be accountable for the comprehensive delivery of the program, encompassing technical execution, financial performance, and customer satisfaction across a global and cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Oversight

• Provide clear direction and leadership to multiple project managers and site-based project teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across the NSW project locations.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and performance excellence across all project activities.
• Lead and mentor project and site managers to drive alignment, efficiency, and effective decision-making.
