Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated attorney with a strong foundation in litigation and courtroom procedures. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of proficiency in handling motions, conducting trials, and managing depositions. This role requires sharp analytical abilities, thorough legal research skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication.

Key Qualifications :

• Proven experience with courtroom procedures and legal proceedings, prefger 3-5 years + with courtroom / trial experience
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing motions, as well as managing trial strategies
• Demonstrated expertise in taking and defending depositions
• Strong legal research and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
