Job Title : Welder

Location : Marion, IL

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM

Starting Pay : $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities :

Carry out welding tasks using appropriate methods (MIG, TIG, or Stick) based on project requirements

Follow technical drawings and shop plans to ensure accurate fabrication

Cut, shape, and assemble metal components to meet design specifications

Inspect finished welds and assemblies for quality and precision

Set up and operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain tools and work area in clean, safe condition

Support team members with various fabrication and shop tasks as needed

Follow company safety procedures and best practices at all times
