What You'll Do

Position Summary :

The Driver's Helper is to support our delivery operations. The Driver's Helper will assist the driver with navigation, safely unload and deliver products using a dolly, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries to our customers. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist drivers in navigating delivery routes and communicating directions as needed.
• Unload products safely and efficiently using a dolly and / or hand truck.
• Use inclined ramps to move freight from the truck to the delivery site.
• Deliver goods to customer locations and stock products in designated areas as specified by the customer.
• Obtain signatures and delivery confirmations to verify successful drop-offs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized delivery vehicle.
• Assist the driver with tasks in safety-sensitive areas, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Communicate professionally with customers, demonstrate a high level of service and courtesy.
• Help inspect products and packaging to ensure accuracy and condition before delivery.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the driver or operations team.
