We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our landscaping team as a Landscaping Porter . This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of outdoor areas across our properties. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, physically capable, and enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions.
What would my responsibilities be?
- Perform routine grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, blowing, and trimming.
- Remove litter, debris, and leaves from walkways, parking lots, and landscaped areas.
- Maintain clean and presentable exterior spaces such as entryways, courtyards, and patios.
- Assist with planting, mulching, weeding, and pruning of flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Monitor and report any landscape-related issues or hazards (e.g., broken sprinklers, fallen branches).
- Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and properly stored after use.
- Support seasonal landscaping tasks such as leaf removal, snow shoveling (if applicable), or holiday décor.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
